The ease of use to create new charts/forms or modify existing ones makes this program very flexible in meeting our needs! There aren't any downsides that I can think about at present time.

If you are looking for an easy system to organize your patient information into one place - look no further than reliastreams!! We used to have many different paper files spread out throughout various folders but now we only need 1 electronic file per chart type (ie- Mental Health). This has made it much easier and faster when entering notes, etc.
