Review on EPSON T200 DURABrite Ultra Cyan Ink Cartridge - Standard Capacity For Epson Expression And WorkForce Printers by Steve Arnold

nothing is dirty or bent

The ink may be ok, unfortunately I'll never know since my Epson wireless printer no longer recognizes any Epson cartridges. I've tried all the internet suggestions of unplugging the printer, removing all cartridges, running with or without them a zillion times, and I get the same replace cartridge message. My printer is only a couple of years old, and did not get heavy use, nothing is dirty or bent. Possibly a firmware update might be to blame. This black ink two pack is now open and gone to waste. Still have an unopened set of colors which I have no use for because I have junked the printer. I chose to go with Epson because I got tired of HP expensive inks, now I will never buy another Epson printer either. I have an older b&w Brother laser HL2270 DW with no problems ever, using even generic cartridges. Need to have a cloud ready printer so my husband can print from his Chromebook, so I am replacing the Epson with a cheap Brother Inkjet MFC-J480DW in hopes of less problems with ink recognition.

Pros
  • Better quality than the lab
Cons
  • The colors may seem dull, reducing the overall quality of prints
