Works as expected. I chose this branded display as I plan to use it unattended 24/7 for an extended period of time. The display is used to monitor various aspects of the service software running on the PI via a web browser displaying a specially designed web page. It took some learning to get the web browser up and running on startup, but that's probably true of any PI project. What I didn't know is that the display is designed to fit in Adafruit's own case. So the display was a bit wider than my Vilros box, but I was able to squeeze it in after a bit of digging. The header soldering wasn't as bad as I expected. It took me 5 minutes for the first 2 pins, but then I figured out what to do and did the rest in about 2 minutes. Basically rub the pin a few times with the soldering gun tip on the right side, then gently touch the tip/contact with the solder wire on the left. This causes the pen to suck the solder into the hole in the pen.
