Bought this set to go to the gym. Very convenient. When it comes to shirts, I fluctuate between L and XL depending on the brand, so I decided on size XL for this shirt. I would say this shirt fits great but is a little smaller than expected. However, it is a great and comfortable fit. The shorts fit perfectly. I have a pant size 38 so I bought a size large for shorts. I would say Large is good if you wear a size 36 or 38. Might be too tight if you usually wear size 40. I would definitely recommend this set overall. I can't go wrong with the price.
