I ordered this item because it was listed at a reasonable price. The item not only arrived later than what was stated, it arrived defective. There were no issues with the packaging which indicates the item was deliberately packaged this way. I am unable to completely open the cover. I contacted MOSTPlus and they at first appeared to be willing to assist. Then I had to send pictures of the item, which was understandable. I explained that I want my item either repaired, or replaced. If neither can be done, then I want a refund. After 4 days of back and forth, they provided a label (NOT UPS) that I must pay for to ship back. I paid for this product to be shipped without defect. Now I must pay to have the item returned? Absolutely not. They should perform like other reputable vendors perform. You provide a label and once UPS scans it, it automatically initiate the return. Here is another thing, when you go to their site directly, guess what? The item is out of stock. Interesting! I have already placed a claim with Revain. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MOSTPLUS.***UPDATE***As of today, I did receive a refund from the seller.
