I like the ability to be able to see all of my reports at once and easily navigate through. It also has a lot of flexibility so you can do almost anything you want. The reporting tool is very easy to learn and does exactly what you tell it to do. There are no real downsides. I am using this tool to help track our project management process for multiple projects across multiple clients. This tool makes it easy to keep track of all of our daily tasks and deadlines and allows us to easily create new reports if there is something else we would like to track.
