The design is problematic, as it's extremely difficult, more like impossible to secure the unit without removing the bracket. Removing the bracket opens a can of worms, as everything pretty much comes apart, including the tension spring.Once I finally got everything back together, the tension spring reset, and the unit mounted, I found the stopper that's supposed to 'click' to stop, was intermittent. I tried everything to ensure it wasn't me. Nope, it's the lack of quality in the unit. Even the hardware, especially the socket screws to my hex driver, were ill fitting.
