It just works.I have air, trouble light and a HD electric retractable cord set up in my shop now.I use this retractable air line probably a few dozen times a week. Trouble free. I guess it could be used for water as well. Super handy.I have hangars for air blast, air chuck and pressure gauges next to it. I can switch from one tool to another quickly. Pneumatic tools, die grinders,etc. Reels in or out quickly and out of the way. Hose is long enough I can reach everywhere in a 27’x24’ shop. Or…

I use this bad boy every day. Good quality hose, reels back up and stays out wherever you need it. I only wish the unit would swivel sideways, but if your getting this for your shop, I'm pretty sure you can make one for it. That's next on my to do list.

I bought this on a gamble. I had a particular spot I wanted to mount it. You can disassemble this completely with ease and reassemble to adjust the mounting bracket to almost any angle. This is good for a house or handyman

This is a very nice piece of equipment and addition to my DIY garage. My friends say my garage looks like a professional garage LOL and that only rich people can afford these. The reel was broken when i took it out of the box. I tested it to see if it would reel and it didn't. No clicking sound as i slowly pulled the hose out. I know on some reels you can adjust tension by loading wraps. Unfortunately, the spring mechanism doesn't work on this reel. Very disappointed.

Works great for in the garage to supply air for tires, balls and blowing dust and dirt off anything that needs compressed air. Hose retracts with no effort. I replaced a 25ft reel with this 50ft one. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of plastic in the product. The old one was all steel. This one has a plastic reel. I doubt that has any real effect on the product life or functionality though.

I'm just a home owner who does his own repairs and whatnot. The spring action isn't as great as I would like; nevertheless, I bought a cheap model. I use it a few times a week. It works well. I can't just let it go, I have to help feed it, but it is way better than wrapping up the hose. I think I spent close to fifty bucks and at that price, I love it!.

Small springs on recoil mechanism popped out on second pull of the hose. Returned the item and bought somewhere else That's my feedback.

The design is problematic, as it's extremely difficult, more like impossible to secure the unit without removing the bracket. Removing the bracket opens a can of worms, as everything pretty much comes apart, including the tension spring.Once I finally got everything back together, the tension spring reset, and the unit mounted, I found the stopper that's supposed to 'click' to stop, was intermittent. I tried everything to ensure it wasn't me. Nope, it's the lack of quality in the unit. Even the

I thought this hose reel was going to feel cheap but it's quality is superior. Nice and sturdy. I wish I would have bought 2.

Out of the box, 2 kinks in the 1st foot of the hose behind the default retainer. This section was faulty from the factory. Missed my return window by just 3 days. Not happy about this.

I bought this to use in my home shop. The quality of the hose is great but warranty sucks. Not even a year now and it will not stay wound up or rewind. Pay good money and get junk.

Everything’s included I was amazed They give you the leader hose and all the fittings I needed to connect it to the air supply on my compressor they even gave you the connection for the business end of the hose to connect to airgun inflator or air tools it is very impressive be included parts you could’ve spent 20 bucks or more and you get them for free with their house including a roll of Teflon and the fasteners to connect it to the wall ceiling or 2 x 4

I found it easy to install and a pleasure to use after years of coiling and u coiling. ebay suggest that you buy the short hose that goes from the center of the real to the compressor but it comes with.

In doing some research this reel had everything I was looking for; competitive price, compact foot print, light weight and 50' of polymer hose (although the jury is still out on the reliability of the bundled hose). I read that some of the larger reels within the same price point came with rubber hoses that quickly deteriorate. I do like the reel and still have had no issues with leaks so far. Headline misleading had a plastic drum. Needed all steel. Will not hold up for my application. Should have sent back but needed to use for now.

It’s my fault I bought this hose reel earlier than I actually needed it. The return window is closed. I attempted to install the reel today and it feel apart before I could get it installed. I tried to call the "Help Line”, there was no answer. Spend a little more and get a good one. This one is junk.

Love this thing. No more hoses just laying on the floor of my garage. Relatively easy to install with some common tools Thanks for attention.
