Useful for basic sales analytics, but lacking advanced features

We use kluster for our sales team in India as it provides us with all of our key metrics such as pipeline state, deal progress etc which is very helpful when making decisions about where we should be focusing next! It's also easy enough that anyone can get up-to speed quickly without needing any specialist training or support from elsewhere at the moment - but I would definitely like more advanced features added if they are ever developed/added by them down the line (like being able to create custom dashboards). There isn't anything really i dislike so far other than having had some issues getting started initially due to lack of documentation around how best to set things up ourselves. Having been using this product since 2015 now, I have not found much value outside of just basic reporting outbound deals into Excel spreadsheets myself. However, there has still been times where.
