I had this power supply for almost 2 years. If he just died. Clear smell of ozone, luckily I didn't take any other components with me. I bought a used GPU when I was building my system and I was getting a lot of coil noise while gaming. I figured it was the graphics card and that was my punishment for buying a used card that otherwise worked great and was a good deal. After replacing the MasterWatt PSU with a Corsair PSU, the noise went away. The 8-pin CPU cable was 6x2 and the 24-pin 20x4, which was much more difficult to connect than the full 8- and 24-pin connectors that came with Corsair's PSU.
