Review on Cool Change Waterproof Capacity Install by John Contreras

The first thing that attracted me to this bag was its side profile. Rather than looking edgy like most panniers, it looks fast while sitting in place. Brilliant. It's very well made and although I haven't tested it, it appears to be totally waterproof when the zip is closed. The zipper itself is easy to open and close, and the bag opens just wide enough for easy viewing and access of the contents. The kit includes all the parts needed for installation, even a small wrench. It fits snugly and snugly under the seat giving it a very clean and sleek look. Again, the shape of the bag looks really good on the bike. Overall I am very happy with this bag. It's big enough for my mini first aid kit, bike and camera, but not big enough to ruin the look of the bike. Another great CoolChange product. I'm officially her fan.
