Disappointed with smart watch straps

First few days this watch strap was great. Then the lock became more and more difficult to engage and release. At first I thought I just got a bad watch strap, so I ordered another one because I really liked it. Then the second did the same. I ended up throwing them both away because I got tired of opening them to take them off and using the players to close the clasp. Very disappointed. I wish I could give 0 stars
