It died for 3 months, they repaired it 2 times under warranty and returned it in the worst condition every time!
Purchased January 2021 APRIL 2021: Collar not responding Late MAY 2021: Returned for repair and ran 10 minutes without packaging. Sent for second repair. Early JUNE 2021: Delivery arranged by Dogtra LOST package. Dogtra only"Try UPS pickup". Ignore my protest. Bought a SportDOG collar and got on with my life. Late July 2021: The device was returned to me and the LCD on the remote control is not working. Worse condition than APR! I really couldn't even if I wanted to. Jamie, the customer service rep, responds adequately to emails but it's obvious the rest of the company is useless. I will call my credit card company to see what can be done under the extended warranty.
