IT SEEMS TO WORK
The incredibly loud, barking dog next door (think the Baskervilles' dog) was 98% silent. After 4-5 weeks, has this device finally served its purpose? Did the owner send the dog to obedience school? I do not care? Not as long as the #@(!+%$ dog lets us sleep, I don't care what caused it. I still run this thing 24/7/365 because I don't think it can hurt. Get it definitely a 9v battery changer or you will need to change batteries quite often.
