I bought this rod and this Uxcell a16082300ux0026 LMF16UU 16mm internal diameter, round flange mounted on a linear ball bearing, SOCKET, .63 metal, rubber for retention. I wanted to hang a Grundtal but the pole from this system was not suitable for my needs. I used to have a tie rod and it seems to be more stable. Remember, if you're doing the same as me, the bore in the bearings is slightly larger than the stem. So you need significant overlap: don't buy it for applications wider than 37 inches wide.
