Ideal for diving. Not recommended for diving as it is impossible to reach your nose to clean your ears. Sticks to different faces very well, everyone in our group has a good seal. If water enters the mask, quickly blow your nose and it will disappear. I had to clean the lens 5 times with toothpaste to keep it from fogging up even with Sea Drops. Note: We received a black frame with clear silicone, we wanted black on black as advertised, but we left for our trip the next day. However, I would prefer black on black to block out the light.
