I bought this pole for my Son. He haas a two story house and is having a difficult time putting Christmas lights on the 2nd story. I have the pole and have purchased the Docahook to help put up Christmas lights at my house. I tried it out by putting some lights in a tree just to see how it works. I found it was light weight and easy to handle. The light strings stayed on the hook and I was able to reach way up into the tree. I think it will be just what he needs when he puts up his Christmas lights this year. I think it will make it a whole lot easier for me to put up my lights, too.
