Love it, well designed and constructed

Runs so smooth, quiet and comfortable. I hung it on my patio door to get my hands full on the grill and I just love it. It doesn't seem in danger of being damaged by people trying to flip it. It just pops up when you touch it, so you're surprised and no one accidentally touches it. All of our visitors agree on how smart it is and how perfect it is for the door we put it on. Depending on the intended use, this can either be very good for pets and children or very problematic. I like this design and am very happy with it.
