I like how simple it was for me as an admin of our call center, which has more than 1000 agents using its soft phone system in multiple countries across different time zones with almost no effort from my side! The price point seems fair too compared to similar products out there (such as RingCentral). Nothing really at this moment but have not found anything negative either - only positive feedbacks so far received about their quality customer support via live chat feature or through emails when issues arise during normal usage/deployment phase etc. Highly recommend if you are looking forward working remotely without having any desktop hardware setup needed nor do worry abut cost since pricing seemed very reasonable given what we need right now! We utilize all features available such us agent self-service option within one application where clients can schedule appointments by themselves while still being able to reach operators easily via their mobile phones /softphones. The best thing about this service is its affordability when it comes to customer support, with great rates for international calls made by residents in our region. I only have one complaint. It is a bit difficult or challenging sometimes due to the language barrier to connect to other countries outside of the US/Canada market. We had an amazing experience using DialEmax as we were able to place many outgoing calls at once from various areas around Canada and at very affordable prices!
