I can't claim to have any expertise on the subject. I am an ordinary consumer without a technical base. I wanted a powerful processor under prof. tasks and games of course, out of habit took Intel. Bought, installed, put water cooling. Dispersed a little. There were no obvious problems, water cooling copes with its heating, but I suspect that the air should not be stunted to cool it.
