These pans are amazing. I bought them because they are beautiful. But the bonus is that nothing sticks to it and I almost never have to use oil. Cleaning is so easy that I wipe it down with a paper towel. I'm very impressed with the quality. Be sure to use nylon or wooden spoons. My kid used a metal spoon in one of the pots and I can see some scratches. But they still work fine. I highly recommend this product.
