This cold pack does what it advertises -- gets cold after 2 hours in the freezer, and can wrap around pretty much any body part with the included straps for pain relief after surgery, workout, etc.BUT, and it's a BIG BUT, the velcro strap is cheap and will wear out. I took great care of this cold pack, using it daily after shoulder surgery, and after only 2 months the velcro wore out on the long strap that wraps around your back to hold it on your opposite shoulder. Once the velcro wore out, it wouldn't stay fastened, and is basically useless. Of course this happened days after the return window ended. I can't help but think that was engineered to happen.
