Review on OASES by Matt Morgan

It's user friendly and it allows for some automation to be done with its API which is great! The ability to do some automation can save a lot of time (which we're looking at saving). There are other tools out there that have more features but I'm not sure if they would be easier to use/setup for someone who isn't very technical. If you're interested in automating your processes then this is a tool worth looking into. We've been able to automate a number of repetitive tasks that used to take a significant amount of time.
