Good if you need to do a lot of icing
Loved the gel, pads because I needed to do a lot of icing, but the support was less than I wished for. It is possible to get it misaligned slightly making it very uncomfortable. Also the gel pads are thin and don’t stay cold very long. For me it was better to use when off my feet following a broken ankle. It did not provide enough support and compression for walking with unless I put another wrap around it.
- Provides great support for those with weak ankles
- The brace might not be suitable for elderly or disabled individuals
