These cute little windows were easy to install and looked great. Unfortunately after a few months both windows broke with no effect or for any apparent reason which was amazing! I have no idea what could be causing this. One was even on the inner wall. The support team was unhelpful and didn't explain how this could happen. They just referred us to Revain for a replacement. However, once the return window has closed, Revain support will no longer be available. We installed a total of nine windows in the small house where these windows are located (two broken ones are the only ones we bought from Revain, the rest were personally bought in the area where we live), and none of the other windows had some problems. . Maybe it's a manufacturing issue with the glass? It is very frustrating that we are unable to contact anyone from the window company or Revain to resolve the issue.
