The build quality is very good. This is not an old camera like many others. Very similar build quality to my Logi cameras. This is for my son's school facility. He uses his expensive camera for content and online discussions, so he needs a separate kit for school and classes. It was cheap enough to throw in a stocking and not have to worry about lining up gear. He's happy with that. His only complaint is that the angel is very wide. He was used to his angelic Sony DSLR lens, so the wider field of view was alien to him. It's okay, he's weird too. There is no buyer's regret here.
