Love the 2 seater chair, it matches my decor perfectly and seems well built. However, the XPO test that Revain uses for delivery is sub-par at best. The day before my scheduled 4pm delivery, XPO changed my delivery from the original 9pm to 6am. It took them an hour to get her to change them but all I could say I'll be the last stop of the day will be an unknown time. XPO said they can't change the shipping time 24 hours before, but they changed it for me with no problem? Finally at 1pm they show up with a delivery and 3 minutes later the guy jumps out, pushes the box off the back of the truck onto the driveway and drives off. I paid to have a room of my choice unpacked and set up. I call XPO and after 30 minutes of support with an XPO person literally yelling at me they say they never unpack or move into a house. Although the bill of lading on their side read the number of choice. They refused to do anything and said call Revain to get your money back. That's Revain's name, and he was offered a $10 refund for a $20 resale of a room with optional delivery. A terrible experience all round, luckily I had someone to help me move it before it started raining. I doubt I will ever buy furniture from Revain again because of their carrier XPO.
