Weak buckle in body and fairing

****UPDATE**** The company contacted me within 24 hours of posting this message and offered a refund or replacement grips. I decided to have a replacement as I was very happy with the product. I just think one buckle had a problem. Very happy with the quick response and willingness to fix anything. I would buy this item again if I needed it. One of the buckles is broken. I really just want to exchange a broken pen, but my "refund window" closed a month ago. It is used on a jeep that is not used daily so it has not been used much. I think it was a broken buckle as there are no problems with other buckles.
