No shipment! Although the phone was a present, it was crucial that it arrive by the specified date. The phone was shipped to the PICKPOINT delivery center in my city, and from there it had to be transported to the pickup site I had designated in the order. The most intriguing part of the process began at this point: Pickpoint's contractual agreement with the pickup point ended, the phone sat in the pickup point for less than a day, and then was returned to the sorting center the next morning. When I noticed this, I started calling Pickpoint's support line more frequently to inquire on the order's whereabouts. The worker communicated with the operator and redirected the shipment to a another location for pickup. The phone "safely" sat in the cold warehouses of the sorting center for several days as I called them every day, but eventually it was classified as Unclaimed goods and shipped back to aliexpress (I assume) in Hong Kong. Because of this, an important occasion on which a gift was to be presented was overlooked, and the celebration was marred. The time frame for my return is anywhere from 10 business days to a full month. An AliExpress representative was apologetic on the company's hotline, but they would not issue a discount code for future purchases.
