I love the idea of this portable Wi-Fi projector, but maybe I'm not tech savvy enough to own one. All 5-6 pages of the brochure assume you know what needs to be connected where. When it came time to charge the projector, I didn't realize that the plug (see attached picture) is not a regular plug! Are you using a universal converter? Comes with a remote control which is not very convenient to use. This is VERY slow if you choose to make the arrow act like a mouse. My Netflix won't play because it says I don't have the latest version. When I tried to download a newer version it wouldn't let me. When I tried to ignore it, it let me log in, but still nothing. As far as I can tell there is no customer service to call or email, so this is coming back.
