We've used the product for several years now and it's provided us with great insights into our client base. The reporting is easy enough that we can export reports in Excel/CSV format as required by various platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot). There are some minor errors here or there but these aren't critical issues for this particular package. I would say give them a try if their competitors products seem too expensive, they're cheaper than most. Using this tool has helped me better understand who my targets are, so i know what i need to do next!
