These are the only really attractive plastic glasses I've ever seen. I was happy to learn that they are BPA and EA free. My 14 year old daughter and 12 year old son recently started drinking juice and water from wine glasses. I'm glad they appreciate nice things and second hand wine glasses are easy to come by, but I don't have time to clean up broken glass! Worse still when someone else attends to the situation and then finds broken glass, which often pierces your skin. When I saw an opportunity to get them at a discount in exchange for a fair review, I jumped at the chance. I knocked one of them off my hardwood floor and I don't think they're likely to break. I will be using them for Thanksgiving kids and adults drinking on the patio. I've always worried about using wine glasses outdoors as it would probably be impossible to remove all the broken glass from a driveway, grass or patio. Problem solved! Thank you, Wineoutside.
