This inexpensive frying pan is a godsend if you need poached eggs for anything. I had my doubts about ordering due to some negative reviews but I don't think many people really know how to use this pad. "Secrets": 1) Oil the cups generously, add the eggs, then place the poached egg in COLD water. 2) Bring the water to a boil, not a strong boil. 3) Make sure you use a lid as it will help trap the heat and create a more even cooking environment like a 'mini oven'*. I do not agree with the dishwasher, I think I will opt for hand washing as a precaution. How dirty can it be? Enjoy your meal! *(FYI.
