Works perfectly! Good quality product.

Nicely finished, fairly thick aluminum with non-stick coating. Works great in combination with my 10" stainless steel skillet and lid. The center button gets a little too hot to comfortably hold without a finger guard (not surprising), but otherwise not an issue. not necessary) and add some salt and pepper before adding the eggs. Bring 1/2 inch water to a boil in a saucepan, pour into a 'filled' spoon, cover and reduce heat slightly to maintain water level. cook slowly. Cook for four minutes…

Impressed! Really worth every penny!

This inexpensive frying pan is a godsend if you need poached eggs for anything. I had my doubts about ordering due to some negative reviews but I don't think many people really know how to use this pad. "Secrets": 1) Oil the cups generously, add the eggs, then place the poached egg in COLD water. 2) Bring the water to a boil, not a strong boil. 3) Make sure you use a lid as it will help trap the heat and create a more even cooking environment like a 'mini oven'*. I do not agree with the…

it is a keeper. in Kitchen & Dining

I took a chance and bought it after using 3 cups for 20 years. Eggs slide out effortlessly, to my surprise - but only if you smear oil with your finger. The oil tends to collect in droplets and expose some of the surface, so I wouldn't call it true nonstick. I was surprised how difficult it was to clean the cups after using the olive oil. The cups easily hold large eggs and might not be very large if you are very careful. As a bonus, I use this to make hard boiled eggs - don't burn your fingers

DO NOT BUY! you will not be happy

This poacher has no racks to lift it over boiling water; This will cook the eggs from the bottom up, and when the top of the egg is cooked the yolk will be completely hard. I made racks for the device to keep it above the water level and now the eggs cook well with steam from boiling water (pot lid closed of course). I thought I would buy a pan with grates as I bought the same pan twenty years ago. This product may not be sold without gaps. Agree with others on the nonstick coating - you need…
