Mostly excellent, a bit weak

Bought to prepare for welding and fabrication and they are a great entry-level (read: inexpensive) set of pliers. They clamp firmly and feel solid for the most part, although the jaws of the pliers don't exactly line up flush. This isn't a problem though, and they hold the pieces tight! Easy to use and excellent quality, I wouldn't turn them down
