
The most useful feature is being able to generate reports in real time, so that we can see who has used what resources how often when making changes/updates (and also track usage if needed).

Sometimes it gets very slow during peak times - especially around lunchtime / early evening NZDT- but this does not cause too much difficulty since those hours are typically quiet anyway! I would only wish there was an easier way than using spreadsheets or text files as data storage; however statslog allows us easy access into our database which makes things fairly simple where spreadsheet solutions were previously required more work from IT side staff like myself :) Being ABM focused helps streamline communication between all involved parties throughout different stages including client approval etc.,.
