Review on PRO BIKE TOOL 2-in-1 Chain Pliers - Replace Missing Chain Links - For All Speed Chains – Quick & Easy Bicycle Repair Kit for Road and Mountain Bikes by Darryel Tokarczyk

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reuse your main links? You need it. Do you stay home with your bikes? You need it!

I'm picky. Serious. The way is selective. I follow everything Data, data, data! I wax my chains. Serious. Not many people do it. Do you know why I mention chain waxing? This is not only because it's the best way to extend the life of your transmission, but also because I'm constantly pulling the main links apart. Have you ever tried to separate them with your fingers? If not, then it's worth a try. Sometimes it's easy; sometimes not. Do you know what fixes it? This tool. The Master Link chain pliers do the job perfectly. Master links are easy to detach and reattach. Inexpensive and… the best part? It is black. My park tools look dirty (yes, I clean them) but I worry a little less with black grips. If you haven't bought one of these, you've missed out on a lot. Skip the Orange Mocha Frappacino for a few days and order one for those days instead. You will not regret it. Update 05/31/2020: I have ordered new versions of this tool which I have to say have taken an already excellent tool to a new level. that picky thing I mentioned? Apparently my friend noticed this too and she wanted to start waxing her necklace. OF COURSE I had to order a new version of the instrument so she could have the old one, we're both delighted as clams at low tide. NATURALLY loves the ease of turning sitelinks on and off, and NATURALLY the new tool makes it even easier by pushing the tool to do both. Quality items designed by good people.
