Great Company With Fantastic People

I was a customer service representative at NexC for over a year, and was able to grow my knowledge of NexC's technology and sales process. It's a great company to work for, and the people are awesome. I worked with a lot of different departments, and the people were awesome. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the company. NexC's software made everything much easier, and allowed me to do more with less time spent on tasks. I was able to use the platform to help customers and provide them with the best customer service I could.

Pros
  • The system is very user friendly.
  • You can move your data from another CRM or ERP quickly without having an extra cost associated
  • Excellent support team! They know their stuff!! :)
  • Ease in searching contacts/accounts; makes finding information super easy when you need it fast (which happens often)
  • Can learn while doing no classes needed unless interested
Cons
  • Minor Issues
