I was a customer service representative at NexC for over a year, and was able to grow my knowledge of NexC's technology and sales process. It's a great company to work for, and the people are awesome. I worked with a lot of different departments, and the people were awesome. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the company. NexC's software made everything much easier, and allowed me to do more with less time spent on tasks. I was able to use the platform to help customers and provide them with the best customer service I could.
