This is a great set. I am currently working on getting my 200+ hours of Yoga Certification. At first I was a little hesitant, because not many people reviewed it, but I'm actually really glad I bought for the deal I got it at. It definitely was much cheaper than the recommended items on my program's list. The bolster is a good amount of firm with a soft cover. Great support for the back. And I love that this set comes with an additional cover, so I can wash one and replace it with the other. I love the bolster cover colors and the strap color. Best of all the quality is great. No complaints here. Very very happy that I got this set for myself.
