. Love the ball flow meter it absolutely lets you know gas is flowing (my Hobart regulator died a year later with a stuck needle showing gas flow when it wasn't). My MIG welder has been working very well after replacing the controller. I had to change the outlet to fit my gas hose. I had a 3/16" ID gas line that didn't fit an unusually large (.33" ID) barbed fitting. I ended up buying a 3/16" male fitting for CGA 032/033 and a 9/16-18 nut for 3/8" hoses to mount to the regulator. Good work. I see competing brands (the same regulator body looks the same on many other brands) often have a smaller barbed connector, but the Sparc version's gauge is handy.
