Review on 🔧 ASCENDONS Cabinet Hardware Jig Set: Effortless Handle and Knob Installation Tools for Precision Drilling and Woodworking by Corey Nyuon

When I bought this house, there were no drawers/cabinets anywhere. After my recent arm surgery I realized the lack of traction was going to be an issue in the future so I decided to install them after mine had healed. I bought this tool to install 50 drawers/cabinets. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a one-off installation tool. The tool worked fairly well with drawers, but not so well with pulling out adjacent cabinets. For adjacent cabinet doors, the difference between the right and left pulls is almost 1/4 inch. After setting the measurements in the tool, I drilled all the holes in the cabinet doors so they were "equal". In fact, they are mirror images of each other and should be the same. With the exception of one set of cabinet doors above my fridge, adjacent cabinet doors do not have a significant offset. I checked it before proceeding with the installation. After adjusting the tie rods it's easy to see the difference in height. I didn't notice this until I installed the tie rods, stepped back and saw the difference. But unless someone really wants to check the measurements, they probably have won I will notice the difference. BUT I KNOW it's there and I don't like it, but there's nothing I can do right now. I should have spent money on a True Precision tool, now I regret not having bought this tool. All reviews praise its accuracy because I'm a DIYer, not a professional, and didn't want to spend a lot of money on a TP tool for a one-time install. Lesson learned.
