This works better than my ravioli attachment for my handle pasta maker. With the prepared dough I cooked 180 ravioli in 3 hours. Both are faster. Some people have said that ravioli get stuck in the mold and are difficult to remove. Yes, had the same problem, but it's easily solved if you dust the bottom of the dough sheet that comes in contact with the mold with flour. Dusting the mold with flour or cooking spray won't work. Sprinkle batter.
