Do not wash in the dishwasher!

Not used. We were late for the rabbis party, we had to do 7 dozen manually. I will try next time. I had one a year ago, it belonged to my grandmother and then my mother. Unfortunately, my husband washed it in the dishwasher and this caused gray stains on the metal bowl on my dough. . Behold the water!

Good product, I recommend.

I have used it several times for holiday dinners and it works very well. So I was able to quickly prepare a large number of mixed ravioli for Christmas. A problem After several hundred ravioli I still haven't figured out the best way to press them to get a good cut on each individual ravioli. Ravioli so that they separate easily without cutting them.

It works better than my manual handle pasta ravioli maker.

This works better than my ravioli attachment for my handle pasta maker. With the prepared dough I cooked 180 ravioli in 3 hours. Both are faster. Some people have said that ravioli get stuck in the mold and are difficult to remove. Yes, had the same problem, but it's easily solved if you dust the bottom of the dough sheet that comes in contact with the mold with flour. Dusting the mold with flour or cooking spray won't work. Sprinkle batter.

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Okay, but it takes a few times to master the technique.

It will take a few tries to figure out how you want to use it. Press firmly and you will slice the ravioli into individual pieces. Applying some pressure will create an indentation that you can later use to separate. It really depends on whether you cook them now or later. If you're cooking right away, squeeze hard so you don't have to try to fight them, and pull apart, which will pull them out of shape. If you want to freeze them, all you need is a little pressure because once frozen, you can…

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
