Good product, I recommend.
I have used it several times for holiday dinners and it works very well. So I was able to quickly prepare a large number of mixed ravioli for Christmas. A problem After several hundred ravioli I still haven't figured out the best way to press them to get a good cut on each individual ravioli. Ravioli so that they separate easily without cutting them.
