Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Bahco 9031 R US Black X-Wide Adjustable Wrench Ergo, 8 Inch by Mark Gardner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Use it every day at work for a year.

I love this key. Working as an engineer, I carried adjustable equipment with me every day. I carry a brand 10 crescent. It had more leverage and a wider opening than the 8" or 6" course. But she was heavy. I started working on the plant last year and everyone was wearing one of these little guys. They open 1 5/8 inches. That's a lot for an 8-inch adjustable wheel and that's the main reason it's so great. Also, the toes of the boots are only 7/32 thick, you can fit this girl in pretty tight places. It's hard too. I've had mine for about a year now and they still fit snugly when I wear them regularly, but there are people who have been using them every day for years. There are no more machined surfaces on them, scratched and gouged, size markings have been erased, but they still hold a flat plane and are adjusted with a thumb. Even the rubber grip, though cut, rough and dented, is still intact and comfortable. Some of the older ones from 4 years ago are stamped 'Made in Sweden', the newer ones aren't. But the quality seems to be the same and they wear the same. Consistency is ok. We usually order 20 at a time from the machine every few months, they "disappear". Just know that there is room for improvement. The one I ordered here seems completely flat and the same quality as the ones I use at work. It is the most efficient and versatile adjustable wrench. I feel like I can't put a star for the flats, but I know that if the quality goes down or stability decreases (hear Bahco or the tools or whoever the heck is doing quality control on this wrench properly ). now), I'll be back to let everyone know with a vengeance. I hate it when good tools are ruined by a fat man in a suit.
