I bought this because of lots of good reviews but got 5 holes

I bought this because of lots of good reviews but I have 5 holes, a 1/2-28 die and the threads fit not to the thread alignment tool. The threads were too tight. I wouldn't mind a rough finish, I just wanted a stamp that would work, but it doesn't. I'm sending it back and need to buy something else.
