I like that it pulls in my data from LinkedIn, so all of our contacts are already pre-searched for me! It's also very customizable which allows you to make your own rules about what types/categories will be included or excluded (like if someone has been terminated). The interface could use some work as well - sometimes when navigating through certain pages there isn't enough room left between links / buttons etc., making them hard to click without having go into "view source" mode first. We're using this primarily at day one with new hires just getting started out their career journey by finding connections within other departments who may know people they'd want us to reach out too.
