it is easy access for your customers when they want their information right away or with an email notification sent from our office as well! I dislike that we have not been able use this program since 2015 but there are other programs out now so i would recommend looking into some of those options if you still need them after all these years!! The ease at which one can create dashboards using many different variables including trend analysis allows us quick answers without hiring expensive consultants who often charge more than what you actually pay once hired.
