The quality is good enough.
I actually used them to install a bracket on my motorcycle's front fork (KLR) so I could install some electrical parts (basically a relay). The measurements were accurate and they fit perfectly. I replaced the lock washers + nut with a single nylon nut simply because it's easier to remove and put on. The quality is good enough.
