Shipped immediately. Arrived a bit slow as I chose the cheap option. This kit fits snugly into the backlight hole of the panel. The hole for the light had to be lightly filed to remove the tabs - no problem. The instructions are only on the product description page (not included) and are a bit wrong for my setup on a 2009 RAV4. The power source should be a reverse light, not a brake light, unless you want the camera to turn on every time you brake. The easiest way to pull this off on my RAV was to grab the reverse light in the windowsill next to the driver's seat and run to the Link. I chose this because access further back was poor and I connected a previously installed mirror monitor with connectors behind the right front skid plate. I like this camera a lot more than my old Boyo plate frame camera which has too much flare to consistently produce a sharp image.
